....A book?
That's right. When I was your age, television was called books. And this is a special book. It was the book my father used to read to me when I was sick, and I used to read it to your father. And today I'm gonna read it to you.
Has it got any sports in it?
Are you kidding? Fencing, fighting, torture, revenge, giants, monsters, chases, escapes, true love, miracles...

I have an obsession with talking about (and criticizing) fantasy/adventure/young adult/science fiction books, movies, and the adaptations from book to movie. So I decided that I should perhaps be proactive about it and write my opinions down.
If you're reading this, I'm guessing you like to talk about these things too, or at least enjoy reading other people's opinions. No matter what your motivation, thanks for dropping in! I'll be reviewing a lot of different books and movies, and I encourage any and all people to join the discussions.
I also welcome topic ideas and other book recommendations, because there will be plenty from me.
Every once in a while I will review something that's been out for years that I think will spark a fun conversation, but mostly I will review things that I have recently read or seen in the theatres.
